Amanda Green is passionate about serving her community. She currently runs an Impact Committee to encourage positive change in our community. She finds great joy in serving others and trying to better the lives of those around her. She has led several drives to collect warm clothes, tents, and other supplies to donate to those in need. One of her greatest accomplishments was collecting enough water to supply our houseless community for more than 2 years. She is a former Foster Parent and has an ongoing relationship with the children she previously cared for. Amanda hopes to someday start a non-profit to provide love and stability to those who have aged out of the system but still need/deserve Familial support. She is serving as the Co-Director of Volunteers for KCPCA and is working to inspire more people to get involved with volunteering.
